The Production Coordinator will assist in supporting the team for product development and production of Woven, Leather & Footwear styles from initial concept through production delivery.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support as needed in the following product areas:
    All Woven categories, Leathers and Footwear.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure timely execution of product development/production calendar.
  • Actively participate in weekly product development/production meetings with cross-functional team members and departments.
  • Enter and maintain department information and updates in Company systems, style number and fabric code creation.
  • Follow-up with vendors, factories and cross-functional departments as needed.
  • Requesting and tracking all samples from Protos to TOPs.
  • Create, revise, and maintain sample orders. Monitor transmission to factories; track goods on order, in progress and in-transit to ensure timely delivery.
  • Purchase order data entry, issuing and maintaining of all records to factories.
  • Review Work In Progress reports in order to maintain production deliveries.
  • Assist with cost sheet updates as needed (i.e. update quantity, check style #s, fabric codes, etc.).
  • Communicate daily with overseas vendors as advised by the Manager in regards to aspects of development and production and delivery.
  • Assist with ordering and tracking all raw materials (fabrics & trims) as needed.
Position Requirements
  • Basic understanding of garment development / construction, leathers, woven fabrics.
  • Experience in PLM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills and creative problem solving skills
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
  • A sense of urgency and priority for deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast pace environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to self prioritize.
  • Skill and ability to work as part of a team
  • Works with a high sense of integrity and urgency and is motivated by deadlines and new challenges
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably major in Fashion, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within the apparel industry

This is a full time hourly position at a rate of: $25.00 USD/Hour
