Overview
The Assistant Baker plays a key role in supporting daily bakery production by preparing ingredients, weighing and measuring accurately, and following company recipes and production standards. This position is responsible for mixing doughs and batters, assisting with proofing and handling product properly, and rolling, shaping, and portioning dough to ensure consistent quality and appearance. The Assistant Baker also supports the team by filling and assembling baked goods (cream, custard, ricotta fillings, etc.),
packaging items as needed, and maintaining an efficient production flow. In addition, the Assistant Baker helps maintain a safe and professional workspace by cleaning and sanitizing the production area, including worktables, mixers, trays, utensils, and floors, while following all food safety, allergen, and sanitation guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to work quickly and neatly in a fast-paced production environment.

- Languages: Spanish – Advanced
- Employment: Full-time
- Schedule: Operations are daily from 8am-4pm
- Salary: $17 – $18.5 hourly
- Starting time: Immediate start!
