Job Summary

Production Assistant role is an entry level position that includes providing support to the Production Department by relaying correspondence to and from our factories and accounts, tracking pre-production/production submits and maintaining all purchase order data as well as assisting with special projects as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with our overseas partners on a daily basis to keep production schedule/calendar.
  • Monitor all Sample Tracking Chart to ensure high level of accuracy.
  • Manage, track, and document all incoming and upcoming packages.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely bulk approvals.
  • Check and reconfirm all purchase orders by identifying any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate and manage production samples & production library.
  • Assist in maintaining weekly shipping reports to accounts/customers.
  • Organize cost sheet for the Costing Manager
  • Monitor garment BOM to reflect production changes.
Qualifications
  • 0-1 year of production work experience
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical with high degree of accuracy
  • Proactive with strong follow-up skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, knowledge of G-Suites

Schedule:

This job will require that you work from our office in New York, NY, on weekdays during normal business hours.
