Job Description

A precision metal fabrication company known for high-quality parts, tight tolerances, and clean finishes. We're looking for a skilled Liquid Paint / Powder Coating Technician to join our finishing team and help deliver flawless coatings on custom metal components.

What You'll Do

• Prep, mask, and finish metal parts using liquid paint and powder coating systems
• Operate spray booths, ovens, and related equipment
• Mix and apply coatings to meet spec and finish standards
• Inspect parts for coverage, adhesion, and cosmetic quality
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with fabrication and QC teams to meet production goals

What You Bring

• Experience with liquid paint and/or powder coating in a manufacturing or job shop setting
• Familiarity with HVLP spray guns, powder systems, ovens, and masking techniques
• Ability to read work orders and follow finish specs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Willingness to cross-train and support other finishing tasks as needed
