Production Associate

Our client, a reputable Door Manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the Production Department supporting all aspects of door assembly, wood finishing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: North Java, NY

Pay Range: $18-24

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

What’s the Job?

• Assemble and finish custom wood doors from start to finish
• Operate sanding, shaping, and priming equipment
• Install hinges, hardware, and weather stripping
• Perform surface repairs, staining, and painting
• Package and prepare doors for shipping

What’s Needed?

• Experience in manufacturing or construction/woodworking
• Ability to read shop drawings and use hand/power tools
• Comfortable lifting 50lbs and standing for long periods
• Safe work habits and attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
