Production Coordinator

New York, New York, United States – Full Time

Immediate Start – Expected Salary: $60,000.00

The Production Coordinator supports the Wholesale business for Accessories & Handbag, issuing and tracking work orders and approvals for ordered items. This role is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site five days per week.

• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure 100% on‑time delivery of all customer orders.
• Complete shipping information and delivery date input.
• Interface with manufacturing personnel and purchasing personnel on material status and production planning issues.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed.

• Minimum of 3–5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with others.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of color and fabrications.
