Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Multi-Axis Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing clients growing team. This position offers $25-$35/hr. + a 1st shift schedule of 7:00am - 3:30pm, Mon - Fri and a full benefits menu like PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401K and more!
Ideal Candidate- possess a strong mechanical aptitude
- have extensive experience with CNC programming and setup
- a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality output
This role involves operating and programming advanced CNC lathes with multi-axis capabilities to produce precision components for various industries.
Requirements- Mazak Integrex experience
- G-Code and Mazatrol knowledge
- Programming and Setup of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions
- Live tooling Lathe
- Be able to read blue prints
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience working with various materials including plastics
- Selection & troubleshooting of tooling and fixtures
- Development and documentation of reliable process
- Strong computer skills
- Use of measuring tools including micrometers, bore gauges, etc
