Electrical Test Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our electrical/test engineering team and grow within the organization.

• Routine Acceptance Testing on production equipment
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment using Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter.
• When necessary provide remote technical support to end users
• Maintaining test and customer service logs, internal test and service records, and managing repair parts inventory according to internal procedures
• Support the business to achieve product serviceability and reliability, quality trend analysis
• Maintaining daily communication with direct supervisor, and where applicable to end users to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
• Follow all Source-Ray, Inc., procedures and OSHA workplace requirements
• ASE / BSEE (or minimum 2 years of experience)
• Ability to troubleshoot both analog and digital circuits
• Reading and reviewing schematics, layouts and datasheets
• Strong phone and customer support skills
• Basic computer networking and IT knowledge
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills, time management
• Strong computer skills;
  Expertise in all Microsoft Office Suite products
• Familiarity with x-ray technology
• Clear and concise writing style
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Familiarity with IEC/ISO standards
