Lab Technician

Location: Farmingdale

HIRING: LAB ASSISTANTS

Immediate openings with a global healthcare organization operating in 30+ countries worldwide.

We are seeking Entry‑Level Lab Assistants to support the assembly and packaging of viral testing kits.

This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large, international company and

gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced laboratory production environment.

Pay: $21.00/hr

What You'll Do

+ Carefully label test tubes, vials, swabs, solutions, and other components used in viral testing kits.

+ Assemble kits by following detailed written instructions and strict quality standards.

+ Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals.

+ Assist other departments as needed-flexibility is key.

+ Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow.

+ Maintain consistency and accuracy in a repetitive, detail‑driven environment.

Schedule

+ Monday-Friday:
Must be available between 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

+ Saturday availability required

+ Overtime opportunities during high‑volume periods

+ Summer months may have occasional weeks under 40 hours

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Basic medical or clinical terminology is a plus, but not required

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Reliable, positive, team‑oriented attitude

+ Ability to follow detailed written instructions

+ Flexible and able to switch tasks as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
