** What You'll Be Doing
*** Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
* Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
* Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards
* Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among all team members
