As part of our Manufacturing team, you’ll help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles we're known for. Responsible for leading the maintenance operating system and initiatives within the production departments

You’ll have

• Education
  - High School Diploma / GED
• Ability to optimize equipment programs and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause
• Excellent communicator who can train both hourly and salary team members
• Must be a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision
• Must be flexible to support production as required
• Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One Ford behaviors with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
• 1 or more years’ experience in Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

• Education:
  
  Degree in Engineering, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Equivalent experience accepted
• Experience:
  
  3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing; preferably stamping
• Stamping / Press Equipment knowledge:
  Eumuco Forging Presses
• PLC Competency
• Lean Implementation
• ABB Robot Experience
