In this positionResponsible for leading the maintenance operating system and initiatives within the production departments
QualificationsYou’ll have
- Education
- High School Diploma / GED - Ability to optimize equipment programs and troubleshoot issues to identify root cause
- Excellent communicator who can train both hourly and salary team members
- Must be a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and see them through to completion with limited supervision
- Must be flexible to support production as required
- Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One Ford behaviors with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
- 1 or more years’ experience in Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Education:
Degree in Engineering, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Equivalent experience accepted - Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in manufacturing; preferably stamping - Stamping / Press Equipment knowledge:
Eumuco Forging Presses - PLC Competency
- Lean Implementation
- ABB Robot Experience

What you’ll doFocus on continuous improvement, standardization and lean concepts to address equipment downtime issues
- Optimization of current production processes utilizing Maintenance Operating System
