Position Overview

Are you a precision-driven professional with a steady hand and an eye for detail? We are looking for an Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role is focused on the high-quality assembly of electrical components and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong soldering experience and the ability to work from technical drawings to build reliable, high-performance products.

• Precision Soldering:
  Perform high-quality hand soldering of wires and components to terminals and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Assembly & Integration:
  Build complex wire harnesses, cables, and sub-assemblies. This includes stripping, crimping, and tinning wires.
• Blueprint Reading:
  Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
• Quality Control:
  Visually inspect finished work for defects such as cold solder joints, shorts, or incorrect component placement.
• Tool Operation:
  Utilize a variety of hand tools, including soldering irons, heat guns, wire strippers, and digital multimeters.

• Soldering Expertise:
  Demonstrated experience in through-hole or surface-mount soldering.
• Technical Literacy:
  Ability to interpret basic electrical symbols and assembly drawings.
• Manual Dexterity:
  Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle very small components (often under magnification).
• Quality Mindset:
  Familiarity with industry standards such as IPC-A-610 is a major plus, but not required if you have strong foundational skills.
• Teamwork:
  Ability to work effectively in a production-line environment and meet daily output goals.

Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Shift: First (7 AM - 3:30 PM)
