We are looking for a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in apparel production and overseas factory coordination who can hit the ground running. I need a coordinator who can communicate fluently in Mandarin with our factories and support everything from production and color development to sample approvals across multiple apparel programs.

- Coordinate apparel production from development through bulk production and delivery.
- Communicate daily with overseas factories regarding samples, timelines, approvals, and corrections in Mandarin.
- Manage and maintain Time & Action calendars to ensure key milestones and on time delivery are achieved.
- Track sample submissions, production status, and delivery schedules against production calendars.
- Support seasonal color development, including lab dip review, strike offs, and color approvals.
- Maintain and track approved color standards across styles, fabrics, and factories.
- Troubleshoot production and color issues during sampling and bulk production.
- Review samples to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to specifications.
- Assist with costing, purchase orders, and production documentation.
- Maintain detailed production trackers, color logs, and reports in Excel.
- Partner cross functionally with design, product development, sourcing, and logistics teams.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is required for daily factory communication.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent; or 3+ years in a wholesale imports role.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, dyeing, and printing processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and production tracking systems, with working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong color eye with high attention to detail and consistency.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
