• In this role you will analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement inefficiency, quality, and cost
• You will design,implement, and refine production workflows, tooling, and fixtures to support lean manufacturing principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve process issues
• You will develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and equipment specifications
• Support the integration and programming of CNC machines and metal fabrication equipment and recommend new technologies or equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities
• Recommend process and operational changes to overcome process issues, avoid deviations, and improve productivity by analyzing and interpreting data from manufacturing operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities

• You will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 3+years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, and in a metal working environment preferred
• You should have an understanding of the properties, behavior, and selection of materials to choose the best option for a specific application's stress, temperature, and environment
• You have strong project management abilities, experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating resources to bring projects from concept through to completion
• You are required to have strong technical skills and have the ability to work across all levels in the organization
• Experience with C/C++ for embedded systems development and real-time control of mechanical hardware preferred
