About Our Facility
Welcome to our Williamson, NY operation! This impressive 1 million sq ft production facility sits on 217 acres and is home to the beloved Mott's brand, delighting consumers for over 140 years. Here, we produce a diverse range of products, from apple sauce to juices and concentrates. As a unionized facility, we’re expanding and creating exciting opportunities for growth and learning in the beverage industry!
Your Role:
Production Technician III
As a Production Technician, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:
- Operating and changing over assigned machines
- Maintaining, repairing, and modifying processing and packaging equipment
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Shift / Schedule
This is a union facility, so flexibility is key! You may work any day or night shift pattern, primarily in 8-hour shifts , with some 12-hour shifts available based on seniority:
- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience running machines/equipment
- The ability to learn essential functions with reasonable accommodation
- Capability to lift and move up to 75 pounds
