Position Type: 6-month part-time contract-to-hire, with opportunity for full-time employment based on performance

As an Operations Specialist, you will:

• Lead and actively participate in daily production tasks, including operating machinery for tea blending, filling tins, labeling, and packaging with a high level of accuracy and consistency, while ensuring daily quotas are met. (Full training on all processes and equipment will be provided to you as well.)
• Follow, maintain, and contribute to documenting/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistency and effective training.
• Oversee inventory levels for raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products to prevent shortages, overstock, and out‑of‑stock situations on key items.
• Lead and participate in fulfillment operations, including packing and shipping D2C and B2B orders on time, alongside the team.
• Train, mentor, and support seasonal interns and junior team members on production machinery, fulfillment processes, and best practices, while monitoring performance to meet daily quotas.
• Coordinate with the team to align production and fulfillment with demand forecasts and receive incoming shipments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and contribute updates during weekly team meetings.
