Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a dependable, hands‑on Production Supervisor to help lead our team in producing bread made honestly, s role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values teamwork, and wants to make a daily impact on quality and efficiency.

• Supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, or bakery environments preferred
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a hands‑on setting
• Strong understanding of production flow, efficiency, and safety practices
• Comfortable working around ovens, mixers, and industrial equipment
• Committed to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
• Experienced in production or manufacturing (food experience preferred)
• Skilled at balancing people, process, and product quality
• Comfortable working in a physically active, warm, and fast‑paced environment
• A clear communicator who leads by example
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8–10‑hour shift
• Must be able to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist regularly
• Supervise daily production operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
• Lead and support a team of production professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Monitor equipment, dough processing, and baking parameters to maintain consistency and throughput
• Communicate effectively across shifts and departments to align production goals
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and downtime
• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and workplace safety requirements
• Coach and develop team members through on‑the‑job training and regular feedback

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt (overtime‑eligible) position.

Entry‑Level: $22.00 – $24.00/hour Experienced: $24.00 – $27.00/hour based on skills and experience
