We operate a manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY, with a Culinary Innovation Center in Westmont, IL, and additional offices and facilities in Williamson, NY;
Pennsauken, NJ; and Corona, CA.

What We NeedThe Assistant Production Operator (APO) is an entry‑level position supporting the production process through a variety of activities. A key component of all our production roles is adherence to our 5S environment.
Shift Schedule1st shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday‑Friday.
What You Will Do- Perform packing, stacking, and inspection requirements for each production line.
- Prepare packaging for filling at the appropriate line.
- Communicate production concerns to line leaders, supervisors, mechanics, and quality control.
- Complete material handling as needed to keep the line supplied.
- Operate equipment such as labelers, case erectors, and case packers.
- Perform and document verification checks to ensure output of acceptable products.
- Verify that proper codes are on all packaging.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by wearing personal protective equipment.
- Adhere to all safety requirements.
- Assist operators in meeting line requirements to ensure fluent delivery of cases to the end customer.
- Clean, organize, and perform rework, dump bottles, and other tasks that improve performance efficiency in the manufacturing environment.
- Learn and promote 5S standards throughout all assigned activities.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Continuous learning and improvement mindset; motivated to engage in opportunities for growth.
- Effective communication in one‑on‑one and small‑group situations.
- Willingness to suggest ways to improve assigned work.
- Ability to follow and implement written or oral instructions.
- Team player with constructive conflict management skills.
- Self‑starter and disciplined.
- Punctuality is a must.
- Motivation to deliver best work each day.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with fluctuations in heat, moisture, and noise.
- Wear GMP PPE—including hard hat, hairnet (or head and beard as applicable), steel‑toe shoes/boots, face mask; must not wear facial piercings, false eyelashes, or fake fingernails.
- Fluent in English for speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending directions, and for communicating with colleagues.
