Paper Manufacturing Operations Leader 🌟

Our client is looking for an experienced leader to oversee operations across four paper machines and their pulp prep department. If you’re driven by continuous improvement and passionate about leading teams to excellence, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:- Champion a culture of world-class safety
- Lead quality, production, and process-optimization initiatives
- Drive root-cause problem solving and reduce variability
- Guide teams through machine outages, trials, and efficiency projects
- Collaborate across Sales, Quality, Maintenance, and more
- Develop SOPs and support new product development
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Chemistry, or Paper Science (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in a paper mill with proven leadership experience
- Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Knowledge of paper machine maintenance and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Location is in the Northeast part of the county and relocation assistance is offered.
