Operator Overnight Shift

Shift: Sunday‑Thursday 11:00 pm – 7:30 am (3rd shift)

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make the products behind the brands we’re proud of. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This entry‑level role demands attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep your work area clean
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team‑oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.85–$23.45. Nestlé offers performance‑based incentives, a competitive total rewards package, including a 401(k) with company match and health care coverage.
