Job Description

Purpose: Provide support to the E/One Operations Department through the management and execution of manufacturing projects. Apply principles learned in school as well as on the job training to solve manufacturing challenges. This would be a 6 month Co-Op term starting in July 2026 through December 2026.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage component and continuous improvement projects for one of E/One's Operations Team. Projects are designed and documented in CAD, verified with hands‑on prototyping and testing, and implemented in a high‑pace production environment throughout the co‑op's term.
  • Support ongoing manufacturing efforts with documentation updates and finalization within E/One's ISO Processes.
  • Work in a fast‑paced team environment to identify, execute, and lead various projects simultaneously.
  • Facilitate efficient business processes by supporting multiple departments through ERP System Management.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives while preserving E/One's commitment to product quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Previous CAD experience required.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $20.00 to $22.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To comply with those regulations, this position may require applicants to be U.S. Persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
