We are currently looking for a Process Technician to join our team in St Johns, FL! The Process Technician is responsible for supporting all stages of the manufacturing process to ensure smooth and efficient production. They perform a variety of tasks to maintain continuous workflow, ensuring that all manufacturing deadlines and quotas are consistently met each week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strict adherence to internal protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Initial processing and preparing raw materials for extraction.
  • Manufacturing, labeling, packaging, and boxing of various products.
  • Inspection and cleaning of work areas; servicing and maintenance of equipment and hand tools.
  • Manufacturing inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment.
  • Storing supplies and equipment, disposing of waste, and keeping facility rooms and working areas immaculate.
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation that proves processes are being carried out in accordance with internal and external regulations (batch records, maintenance records, etc.).
  • Monitor and operate equipment in accordance with operational instructions.
  • Execute day-to-day operations at the Production Facility pertaining to workflow, extraction, production quotas, and deadlines.
  • Maintain strict records of all materials, chemicals, and equipment used and document production by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production facilities.
