** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute timely repairs
* Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Support plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability
* Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work safely in a physically demanding industrial environment
* Familiarity with tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures
* Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
* Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes
* Strong background in metal fabrication, cutting, torching, welding
* Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
* Experience with conveyor system repairs
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
