** County Waste-Sierra Processing (Recycling Processing Facility) is looking to add a Plant Mechanic to the Recycling team in Albany, NY.**## ##
** Pay: $21-26/hr depending on relevant experience
***
* Hours:

10:30a-8p
**** Days:
Mon-Fri**## ##
** As a mechanic with us the minimum responsibilities are:*** ##
** Perform repairs and inspections, safety checks, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulics on plant equipment*** ##
** Utilize computer electrical systems to interpret failure modes to identify and adjust plant machinery*** ##
** Respond to emergency repairs*** ##
** Reviewing and/or Completing or repairs*** ##
** Completing required paperwork utilizing maintenance software programs.*** ##
** Testing machine after services and repairs*** ##
** Helping other team members with repairs as needed*** ##
** Having professional and courteous interactions with all team members*** ##
** Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate and OSHA standards.*** ##
** Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.**## ##
** What we need from you:*** ##
** Troubleshoot and perform electrical and mechanical repairs as needed on the plant equipment*** ##
** Ensure operation of the mechanical equipment and machinery by performing preventative maintenance*** ##
** Perform daily inspection of all equipment to minimize unforeseen breakdowns*** ##
** Install wear parts on conveyors, screens, optical sorters,*** ##
** Adjusts work priorities as necessary to meet production needs.*** ##
** Ability to multi-task and work under limited supervision*** ##
** Ability to perform physical requirements such as bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting*** ##
** Must be able to work in a noisy environment*** ##
** Basic mechanic tools required*** ##
** Must comply with plant safety practices**## ##
