Continuous Improvement Specialist – Operations Excellence
Location: Geneva, USA
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + 10% bonus
Experience: 5–20 years (3+ years in management)

Key Skills: Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, HPS, SMED, 5S), TPM implementation & methodologies, Process Mapping (Value Stream Maps, Flow Diagrams), Root Cause Analysis (Fishbone, 5-Whys), MES reporting & data‑driven decisions, Cross‑functional leadership & training, KPI tracking & performance measurement
Role SummaryContinuous Improvement / Operations Excellence Manager to lead efficiency and reliability initiatives across the plant. Focus on Lean implementation, TPM, waste reduction, process optimization, and driving sustainable improvements in performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute plant improvement projects (Lean, TPM, HPS, Kaizen).
- Standardize work processes (visual management, SOPs, set‑up sheets, parameters).
- Analyze production data, create process/value stream maps, and identify efficiency gaps.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams on strategies and best practices.
- Develop and deliver training on Lean and continuous improvement tools.
- Manage plant MES reporting and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in management.
- Proven experience in Lean systems and TPM implementation.
- Strong analytical, process mapping, and RCA problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to quantify improvements using KPIs and present to leadership.
