• Execute all work assigned by the team lead, focusing on the creation and maintenance of production support products including transportation dollies, product shipping fixtures, scaffolding, and platforms.
• Generate fabrication plans, cut materials, fit, weld, use adhesives, and prepare materials for manufacturing and shipping.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, maintain budget hours, and use precision measuring instruments.
• Set up and operate machine tools to perform specific operations independently under instruction.
• Work effectively as a team member with minimal supervision, suggesting process and product improvements.
• Safely operate hand, bench, and stationary metal processing equipment, including welders, grinders, die grinders, saws, and sheet metal tools.
• Perform welding, fitting, and shop drawing interpretation as required.
• Maintain safe work environment, adhere to safety policies and use required PPE.
• Maintain housekeeping responsibilities.
• Work scheduled hours and overtime when necessary; willing to work in any manufacturing department.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet customer expectations.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of preferred experience.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Previous metal fabrication experience strongly preferred.
• Welding experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
