Responsibilities
- Lead plant-wide OpEx initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and reduce waste
- Drive Lean, TPM, and kaizen projects; standardize processes and documentation
- Conduct line studies, value stream mapping, and RCA to identify and solve issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to share performance data and best practices
- Manage MES reporting and deliver training to support continuous improvement
- 5+ years in manufacturing; 1–3 years in leadership preferred
- Proven experience with Lean systems and TPM implementation
- Experience in a GMP environment
- Skilled in RCA, KPI tracking, process mapping, and change leadership
- Proficient in 5S, SMED, fishbone diagrams, and visual management tools
