We’re looking for a VP of Customer Success to lead the Account Management and Trading teams to deliver exceptional client service, strong campaign performance, and revenue growth. This role partners closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to strengthen client relationships, drive account expansion, and optimize operational performance across all campaigns.

Your Role Will Involve
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to elevate and optimize our trading and account management teams
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team
  • Foster a client‑focused culture, ensuring teams deliver best‑in‑class service, campaign execution, and strategic insights
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on negotiations where asks are below typical minimums to optimize Gross Margin
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell products and services, driving revenue growth from existing accounts
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel campaigns across Mobile, Desktop, CTV, and DOOH
  • Ensure flawless campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and reporting leveraging our internal tools
  • Partner with traders to troubleshoot technical issues, implement audience targeting strategies, and maximize campaign performance
  • Partner with National Head of Sales and the Chief Revenue Officer to develop growth strategies
  • Establish KPIs for success
  • Provide feedback to all teams based on client needs
  • Use Plan Hat to identify trends, measure success, and inform strategy
You MUST Have
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, adtech, or media, with deep expertise in client services, programmatic trading, and account management.
  • Proven leadership experience building, mentoring, and scaling high‑performing client services, trading, or account management teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts, and improving gross margin.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and multi‑channel campaign execution across Mobile, Desktop, CTV, and DOOH.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner closely with Sales, Product, and the Chief Revenue Officer to drive client success and business growth.
