Overview

Private credit investment firm seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to drive firm-wide strategic initiatives, cross-functional execution, and organizational growth.

Job Description
  • Support senior leadership in executing firm-wide strategic initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, including defining deliverables, timelines, and project ownership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across investment, operations, finance, risk, legal, investor relations, and HR teams.
  • Assist with strategic projects such as potential acquisitions, partnerships, or new product initiatives.
  • Analyze information, review documentation, and prepare presentations or internal/external communications related to strategic efforts.
  • Prepare executive-level materials including leadership updates, board presentations, and internal communications.
  • Represent the Office of the CEO in select internal meetings and initiatives.
  • Support additional strategic or operational projects as needed to advance the firm’s priorities.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Approximately 8–12+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in financial services, professional services, or investment environments.
  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
  • Strong financial modeling and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
