Our client, an entertainment company based in Philadelphia
, is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to support their Retail Marketing team. This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing projects
, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time and aligned with program goals.
- Location:
Philadelphia (must be able to work onsite several days per week) - Schedule:
40 hours per week - Pay Rate: $50/hour
- Start Date:
ASAP
- Manage end-to-end project life cycles, from planning through execution and closeout.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, PR, technical operations, and vendors.
- Ensure teams stay aligned on deliverables, deadlines, and project goals.
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
- Track project documentation, including approvals, compliance, and requirements.
- Manage multiple concurrent work streams supporting larger marketing programs.
- Identify risks and implement contingency plans and solutions as project needs evolve.
- Experience supporting retail marketing, print, and OOH campaigns.
- Background in marketing or creative project management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
