AboutThe Role
Chief is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Product & Member Marketing
. In this role, you must be an exceptional communicator, storyteller, customer advocate and have a solid vision for how to bring products and concepts to market. You are responsible for all member engagement communications for Chief’s members. You are at ease in a fast-moving environment, and showcase excellent problem solving and communication skills. You will use your market knowledge and analytical mindset to shape the member marketing roadmap, build go-to-market strategies, and organize integrated launches.
You will lead the messaging, positioning, storytelling, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns — from large-scale new business launches to intimate and exclusive member experiences. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and collaborates extensively with Brand, Acquisition, Sales, Marketing Operations, Member Success, Member Experience, and Product.
- Own the successful launch and ongoing promotion of new products and features across the Chief product portfolio through designing impactful strategies, action plans, and impeccable execution
- Craft compelling value propositions and messaging for products and features, considering audience needs, market landscape, and other factors
- Act as first point of intake for other teams in the organization that want to communicate important initiatives to members – prioritize and direct the flow of 1‑to‑many communications
- Work cross‑functionally to promote the benefits of Chief membership across all above- and below-the-line channels
- Develop and execute Integrated Marketing & Communications strategies, collaborating closely with Marketing, Member‑facing teams like Community and Concierge, Comms, Clubhouses, and other functions
- Manage complex projects, develop processes to achieve scale, and drive alignment with stakeholders
- Develop, execute and optimize sales enablement materials through deep partnership with revenue teams
- Support Brand marketing efforts through integrated Mar Comms planning and partnership with Communications teams
