Join a rapidly growing modern Chinese fast-casual brand bringing authentic flavors and exceptional service to the heart of Manhattan! We’re seeking a Bilingual Store Manager (Mandarin) to lead our team, elevate operations, and drive outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role

As our Store Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, develop performance plans, and ensure our store consistently meets corporate objectives. You’ll lead a high-performing team, uphold service excellence, and maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
  • Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations and management.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and gross profit plans.
  • Assign departmental targets, track progress, and ensure goals are achieved.
Customer Experience
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards and cultivate a value-driven guest experience.
  • Ensure the store environment is warm, clean, safe, and inviting.
  • Standardize product display practices and ensure appealing product presentation.
  • Manage inventory with precision—maintain accurate stock counts, ensure proper reorder levels, and guarantee uninterrupted product availability.
  • Control merchandise shrinkage and enforce a strict “low-cost” operational strategy.
Team Management & Development
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage promotions, transfers, and compensation adjustments within scope.
  • Select, assess, and develop management-level talent.
  • Lead store operations meetings and ensure departmental compliance with responsibilities and standards.
  • Oversee training programs to develop future operational leaders.
Qualifications
  • No specific degree or major required.
  • Minimum 3 years of food service management experience (fast-food or chain restaurant experience preferred).
  • Strong customer management, team leadership, and merchandise management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and optimize store performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
