Senior Project Manager

Our client is a well-established restoration general contractor operating throughout New York City, specializing in façade restoration, waterproofing, concrete rehabilitation, roofing, and exterior envelope projects.

With decades of experience and a strong backlog of secured work, they are trusted by leading property owners, management companies, and institutions across the five boroughs. Their projects range from Local Law 11/FISP façade restorations to large-scale exterior renovations on high-rise residential and commercial buildings.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their leadership team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role managing restoration construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. You will oversee field operations, manage project financials, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants.

• Oversee Local Law 11 / FISP-related repair scopes
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Review contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements
• Coordinate superintendents, site teams, and subcontractors
• Run client meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners and consultants
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control standards

• 8+ years of experience managing restoration projects on the contractor side
• Strong knowledge of façade repair, concrete restoration, masonry, waterproofing, and roofing
• Experience with NYC Local Law 11/FISP projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong financial and cost‑control experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
