Grants and Office Operations Manager

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – in-office three days per week)

Salary: $95,000-$120,000 annually, plus excellent benefits

The Laurie M. Tisch Illumination Fund works to increase access and opportunity for all New Yorkers and to foster healthy, vibrant communities. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Grants and Office Operations Manager serves as the operational backbone of the organization, leading the full lifecycle of grants administration while supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.

• Grants Management and Systems Leadership
• Data Reporting, Dashboards, and Process Improvement
• Office Operations and Vendor Management
• Event and Communications Support

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a foundation or grantmaking institution
• Demonstrated experience managing and improving grants management systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with grants management software (Foundant preferred)
