• Periodic travel within the assigned region; expect up to 30–40% domestic travel on average (may include evenings or occasional weekends).

The primary office is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The Regional Manager is expected to maintain a consistent on-site presence to lead regional teams, oversee operations, and collaborate with executive leadership, finance, and compliance teams. Travel to project sites and customer locations within the assigned region will be required.

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational, financial, and workforce activities within the assigned region. This role ensures safe and efficient service delivery, achievement of regional revenue and margin targets, regulatory compliance, and strong customer relationships. The Regional Manager works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align regional performance with enterprise objectives.

The Regional Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer (or designated executive leader) and collaborates closely with operations, finance, compliance, safety, and human resources teams. The role is accountable for regional performance metrics and provides regular reporting during executive reviews and operational planning meetings.

• Manage regional revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop and execute regional operating plans aligned with company targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including margin, utilization, productivity, and safety metrics.
• Partner with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
