Garda World Security Services is seeking a Regional Vice President to serve as the senior executive leader and market owner for a multi-branch region within a disciplined, performance-driven organization.
This is a true enterprise leadership role with full P&L accountability. The Regional Vice President will define and execute a multi-year growth strategy while driving operational rigor, margin performance, executive client engagement, and leadership development across the region.
The expectation is clear: sustained revenue growth, operating margin expansion, 95%+ client retention, and a promo table bench of General and Branch Managers.
This role is designed for a decisive operator who performs in accountable environments where leadership is visible and results are measurable.
Scope of ResponsibilityMulti-Market Regional Ownership | Revenue Growth | Operational Performance
- Full financial and operational accountability for a multi-branch region
- Development and execution of a multi-year regional growth plan aligned to enterprise objectives
- Revenue expansion and margin improvement through disciplined operational management
- Leadership and development of Area Vice Presidents, General Managers, and Branch Managers
- Executive-level client retention, expansion, and strategic account oversight
- Accurate forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting
- Establishment of consistent performance standards, compliance discipline, and talent development
In addition to regional performance, this leader partners with senior leadership to inform broader enterprise strategy. Responsibilities include contributing to market positioning, capital allocation decisions, organizational structure, and national growth initiatives.
The Regional Vice President brings field intelligence forward, scales operational best practices, and strengthens profitability standards across the organization.
Experience Requirements- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 10+ years of progressive executive leadership in a multi-site, service-based environment
- Demonstrated full P&L ownership at the regional or multi-branch level
- Track record of sustained revenue growth and operating margin expansion
- Experience leading senior operational leaders (AVP, GM, Branch Manager level)
- Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Executive client relationship and business development experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or executive leadership development preferred
- This role requires residence in, or relocation within 60 days to, PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, or MA due to regional travel requirements.
