Friesland Campina Ingredients is accelerating its Operational Excellence transformation. As performance manager business group ingredients, you will drive measurable improvement and lead our Performance+ agenda across a multi-site supply chain network. You translate business ambition into results, elevate standards across five production sites (NL & US), and turn operational complexity into competitive advantage. If you thrive where scale, transformation, and impact come together - this is your opportunity.
You are a performance-driven leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on operational understanding. You challenge assumptions, create clarity, and ensure that improvements turn into results. You influence without authority and bring people along - from plant managers to finance teams to supply chain leadership.
Your profile includes:
- minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations roles, preferably in processing environments;
- a proven track record in operational excellence, cost reduction programs, or large-scale transformation;
- strong financial acumen: you understand manufacturing economics, cost models, ROI logic, and business case development;
- expertise with OpEx methodologies (OEE, loss analysis, Lean, continuous improvement, cost tracking tools);
- excellent stakeholder management across matrixed organizations, with the ability to drive alignment and commitment;
- fluency in Dutch and English;
- experience in roles such as operations/production manager, supply chain manager, plant controller, OpEx lead, or continuous improvement manager;
- Unique company culture of Dutch heritage and international presence;
- we offer great work-life balance, and competitive salary & benefits package;
- performance‑based bonus opportunities;
- flexible working arrangements (40‑hour work week with hybrid options);
- competitive pension scheme and 8% holiday allowance;
- year‑end bonus of 5%;
- diverse training and mentoring programs to help you grow on your own professional journey;
- exceptional support of cross‑disciplinary movement within the company to broaden your knowledge and growth paths;
- a friendly and informal working environment, yet professional team members as sparring partners;
- autonomy and trust to create longer term impact that helps bring better nutrition to the world;
- shape and scale the OpEx agenda of a business group in full transformation, influencing decisions at the highest levels of the Ingredients business.
As performance manager business group ingredients, you own the Performance+ agenda across our five production sites. You lead, track, and drive a portfolio of improvement initiatives that strengthen financial and operational performance.
