OverviewThe Partner, Client Accounting Services (CAS) is a senior leadership and growth role responsible for expanding the CAS practice, building a significant book of business, and serving as a strategic advisor to key clients. This role plays a critical part in firm leadership, market presence, and long-term practice development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead business development efforts to originate, close, and expand CAS client relationships.
- Own and grow a personal book of business while driving cross‑selling opportunities.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for complex and high‑value client engagements.
- Oversee service delivery, financial reporting, and advisory outputs across client portfolios.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to senior managers and teams.
- Contribute to firm‑wide strategy, go‑to‑market initiatives, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required or strongly preferred.
- 12+ years of accounting experience with demonstrated success in practice growth and client acquisition.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with market visibility and relationship‑building expertise.
- Proven leadership presence and ability to scale teams and services.
- $300,000 – $500,000+, commensurate with experience and size of book of business.
