With a strong track record across front office and finance recruitment, and an existing portfolio of live US mandates already delivered from London, our client is now launching its New York office. This hire represents a pivotal growth milestone — creating a genuine opportunity to build a US platform with immediate revenue streams and high-profile buy‑side and sell‑side relationships already in motion.
The US Managing Director will take full responsibility for establishing and scaling the US business, shaping strategy, leading the team and driving revenue growth from day one.
Role Highlights- Launch and lead the New York office
- Convert existing US mandates into on‑the‑ground revenue
- Define and execute US growth strategy
- Build, mentor and retain a high‑performing recruitment team
- Develop senior relationships across buy‑side and sell‑side markets
- Proven leadership experience within financial services recruitment
- Strong personal billing history in front office or finance markets
- Established US client network, ideally across buy‑side and sell‑side
- Experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth
