Private Client Services – Director / Partner

Start Date: Post–Tax Season 2026 (Flexible)

A top-ranking CPA firm is seeking a Director or Partner to join its rapidly growing Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The firm is strategically expanding their leadership team and is open to onboarding after the tax season to ensure a smooth transition for the right candidate.

The Director / Partner will oversee complex tax engagements, provide strategic tax planning to high-net-worth individuals and closely held entities, and play a key role in developing and expanding client relationships. This role offers a clear path for leadership impact and business growth within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of multiple client engagements
• Review and sign off on high-net-worth individual, fiduciary, partnership, and corporate tax filings
• Provide advanced tax consulting, planning, and structuring strategies
• Develop and expand client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services
• Cultivate and grow a book of business
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license required
• 10+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on high-net-worth clients
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tax compliance and planning engagements
• Proven business development experience or desire to grow a book of business
• Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills

Compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to level of experience, skills, education, and certifications.
