Project Controls Manager - MTA

The Project Control Manager, fully embedded within a business unit, will support multiple projects throughout the Select, Define, and Execute phases while driving the implementation of the new Project Controls Manual.

• Minimum ten years in program and project controls management, accountable for performance of fully integrated program and/or project controls teams
• Strong background in planning and scheduling, cost control and cost management and reporting
• Demonstrable expertise and experience in project baselining, execution planning, and pre-contract stages of the project delivery life cycle
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and management with respect to establishing effective integrated working relationships across separate functional groups
• Demonstrable experience in developing controls capability and maturity.
• Primavera P6 user experience
• Oracle Unifier experience (optional)
