Job Title: Project Manager
Client: Award-winning Health Agency
Salary range: 70K-95K
NYC Hybrid Policy: 2 Days in Office per week
PLEASE NOTE:
To be considered for these roles, you must have related pharmaceutical agency experience, preferably DTC/HCP, digital, and print.
- Assists in developing accurate and informed scopes of work and creates realistic schedules on small- to medium-sized projects with guidance and final approval from the Senior Project Manager or Director of Operations, using the correct tools (i.e. MS Project, Advantage, Excel, etc)
- Ideates and proposes project approach and deliverables; reviews plans and progress with Senior Project Manager as per defined process
- Ensure successful startup, conduct and completion of all tactics
- Sets clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicates clearly to the team, and provides proper materials/documentation
- Leads structured internal project status reviews by scheduling, taking, and distributing notes/follow-up items as needed
- Proactively manages projects highlighting any issues and identifying solutions. Demonstrates ability to recognize when to elevate if internal effort or client requests are outside scope
- Guides flawless preparation and delivery of legal and regulatory submissions
- Has awareness of corporate and project-level financial performance metrics. Should have the capability to generate reports for senior management reporting
- Identifies risks and seeks partnership from Senior Project Manager to assist in mitigation
- Ensures schedules and resources are correctly allocated in the internal project management system
- Communicates implications of changed plans to the team in an effective and timely manner
- Capability to manage priorities for the execution team (shared resources) and resolve conflicts in close collaboration with other project managers. Correctly forecasts resource needs based on upcoming projects
- Has a working knowledge of all print processes and understands the elements of digital execution processes
- Demonstrates project ownership and accountability and independently drives project execution to completion keeping in mind scope and budget
- Exhibits strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus
- Embraces opportunities for learning and growth
- College graduate/Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of project management experience (print and digital experience) in an agency or similar environment. Pharmaceutical experience is a huge plus!
- Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and self-starter
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project
