• Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes.
• Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships.
• Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross‑selling meetings.
• Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and successfully execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing high‑performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).
• Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry‑leading project management software and technologies.
• Proven experience in business development and successfully securing new project opportunities.
