Compensation Range: $75,000 – $100,000/ year

Position Summary:The Senior Manager of Operations and HR is a mission-driven and forward thinking individual who is responsible for managing all critical operations of the organization including operational logistics, HR, IT, systems, and facilities. They are the primary leader in ensuring that the organization runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, in addition to promoting improvement for long-term growth and effectiveness.
