Responsibilities
- Operational Responsibilies
- Oversee all customer service operations, including NIS, on-time delivery, variance, and project profitability.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with sourcing, shipping, quality, engineering, and manufacturing to achieve targets and ensure customer satifaction.
- Lead engineering execution for customer projects and manage project schedules, risks, and customer communications.
- Determine parts inventory needs and oversee planning accuracy.
- Analyze delivery and budget variances and drive improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales to support customer success and continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop team members in engineering, planning, and proejct management.
- Identify skills gaps, coordinating training, and maintain an updated skills matrix.
- Implement and refine tools, processes, and workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
