Location: New York
A growing nonprofit organization in Borough Park is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee multiple programs, manage a large team, and ensure smooth and organized operations across the organization.
Responsibilities Include:- Overseeing daily operations across multiple programs
- Managing and supporting a large staff team
- Creating and maintaining operational systems and structure
- Improving efficiency and internal workflows
- Ensuring organizational goals are executed effectively
Qualifications:
- Strong operations or management experience
- Experience managing teams and multiple departments
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Nonprofit experience preferred
Salary
: $150k+/Year
