Private Clients & High Jewelry Assistant Manager - Manager
This role oversees the execution of Tiffany’s High Jewelry business and VIP client development initiatives in Korea, operating under the strategic direction of the Director and in alignment with global guidance.
The Manager leads the planning and delivery of global and local High Jewelry events, VIP client engagement programs, and daily business‑driving activations, ensuring strong commercial impact and operational excellence. Reporting to the Director, this role works closely with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to drive seamless implementation of strategy, deliver premium client experiences, and contribute to measurable sales results.
Key Accountabilities
High Jewelry Business & VIP Client Management
- Implement High Jewelry and VIP client development strategies in alignment with direction set by the Director and global teams
- Manage execution of client recruitment and relationship‑building initiatives
- Drive client engagement programs that increase loyalty and repeat High Jewelry purchases
- Monitor performance metrics and support sales target achievement
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively recommend action plans
Events & Client Engagement Management
- Manage end‑to‑end execution of global and local High Jewelry events
- Ensure smooth coordination with global stakeholders and local cross‑functional teams
- Translate global frameworks into impactful local activations
- Manage external vendors and partners to ensure premium execution standards
- Oversee in‑store activations, curated client experiences, and strategic gifting programs
Operations, Reporting & Budget Control
- Manage and track event and program budgets
- Prepare performance reports and business updates
- Maintain accurate trackers related to clients, events, and sales impact
- Ensure operational alignment and process follow‑up across teams
Required Qualifications
- University graduate or more
- Minimum 10+ years of professional work experience
- Strong English & Korean communication skills required (written and verbal)
- High level of ownership, responsibility, and reliability
- Proactive, positive, and action‑oriented mindset
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Passion for client experience and premium brand environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience in global luxury organization
- Jewelry & Watch industry experience
- Solid knowledge base on gemstone, jewelry and timepieces – GIA Certification is a plus
