Our Client a fast growing EFT based Investment firm is seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. This role is designed for a thoughtful operator who can translate strategy into execution, bring structure to a fast-growing organization, and act as a force multiplier across the firm.
The Chief of Staff will work across distribution, operations, compliance, product, and marketing to ensure priorities are aligned, decisions are informed, and initiatives move forward efficiently. This is a high-visibility role with significant influence and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Execution & CEO Support- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and manage firm-wide execution
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and accountability
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and decision memos for executive meetings and board interactions
- Monitor progress against key initiatives and ensure follow-through across teams
- Coordinate across sales, operations, compliance, capital markets, product, and marketing to drive alignment
- Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, and execution risks—and lead efforts to address them
- Support the scaling of internal infrastructure as assets, headcount, and distribution expand
- Facilitate effective communication between leadership and functional teams
- Lead high-impact, ad hoc projects including product launches, distribution initiatives, and strategic partnerships
- Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning in partnership with senior leadership
- Assist with vendor management, budgeting, and internal resource allocation
- Develop and maintain key performance dashboards and reporting for leadership
- Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure initiatives are executed within regulatory guidelines
- Support preparation for board meetings, investor communications, and key external engagements
- Help establish governance rhythms, operating cadences, and decision-making frameworks Qualifications & Experience
- 6–10+ years of experience in asset management, financial services, consulting, or a high-growth operating environment
- Strong understanding of investment products; ETF or asset management experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information
- Experience working closely with senior executives or founders
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
- Strategic thinker with an operator's mindset
- Comfortable pushing back and asking hard questions when necessary
- Able to switch seamlessly between big-picture strategy and tactical execution
- Calm under pressure, low ego, and highly accountable
- Motivated by building, scaling, and improving organizations
