I am currently partnering with a UK headquartered Insurtech that has built a strong reputation across the European market and is now accelerating its expansion into the United States.
With proven product market fit, established enterprise clients and strong investor backing, the business is now seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale its US commercial operation.
This is a strategic leadership hire with significant visibility and impact.
The OpportunityThe company has already laid the foundations for US growth, securing early customers and validating demand. The mandate now is to build a repeatable, scalable revenue engine across North America.
As Head of Sales, you will take ownership of US revenue strategy, drive new logo acquisition, build and develop a high performing team, and embed structure, forecasting and commercial discipline as the business scales.
The platform itself is modernising core insurance workflows and delivering measurable operational and financial value to carriers and MGAs. It is differentiated, referenceable and well positioned in a market actively seeking transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the US go to market strategy
- Lead enterprise new business development across carriers and MGAs
- Build and scale a US based sales team
- Establish pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy and revenue predictability
- Engage senior stakeholders across underwriting, claims and operations
- Work closely with UK leadership to align global strategy
- Represent the company across US industry events and networks
- Proven track record leading enterprise sales teams within Insurtech or Insurance technology
- Experience building US revenue functions from early stage through scale
- Strong new logo background with credibility selling into regulated markets
- Ability to operate in a founder led, high growth environment
- Strategic thinker with hands on execution capability
- Commercial gravitas and strong leadership presence
