Pay: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | On-Call Required
We are seeking a hands‑on Director of Facilities Maintenance to lead maintenance operations and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents and staff.
Responsibilities- Supervise maintenance staff and vendors
- Manage schedules, payroll review, and daily operations
- Oversee preventive maintenance and equipment logs
- Ensure OSHA, Life Safety Code, and infection control compliance
- Lead fire drills, safety training, and emergency preparedness
- Coordinate repairs and manage supplies/budget
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
- Maintenance leadership experience
- Strong problem‑solving and independent work skills
